Premise360 Help
Premise360 brings your organization's safety, health, environment, compliance and facilities work into one app. This guide explains each module the way you meet it in the app: what it is for, how to do the common tasks, and every field on every screen.
How each module is documented
Every module has the same set of pages, listed under it in the menu on the left:
| Page | What you'll find |
|---|---|
| Overview | What the module is for, who uses it, how a record moves from start to finish, step-by-step how-to guides and common questions. |
| Dashboard | The module's main screen — buttons, filters, summary tiles, charts and the list, with a screenshot. |
| Record screens | The form for adding or editing one record — every field, what it means, whether it is mandatory, the values it accepts and a sample value. |
Reading the field tables
- Mandatory — Yes means the screen won't let you save (or move to the next step) until it is filled in. Some fields are mandatory only in a situation, which the table states (e.g. Yes, if injured). Automatic fields are filled in by Premise360.
- Type / allowed values — what you can enter: text, a date, a number, or one of a fixed list of values.
- Sample value — an example of a good entry.
Before you start
- What you see depends on your access. Your administrator decides which modules you can use, at which sites. If a menu or button in this guide is missing for you, ask your administrator.
- Workflows. Your organization may have its own approval workflow for a module. Then the status names you see are your organization's own stage names, and some changes need approval.
- Single site or zone. If your organization has only one site (or a site has only one zone), the Site/Zone pickers are hidden and filled in for you.
Modules covered so far
